Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund
- To cancel, please contact us immediately at your support email with your order number
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled
After Shipment:
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled
- You may return the item once received following our return policy below
Returns & Refunds
Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Please contact us before returning any items
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
