Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund
• To cancel, please contact us immediately at your support email with your order number
• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled

After Shipment:

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled
• You may return the item once received following our return policy below

Returns & Refunds

Return Window:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Please contact us before returning any items

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
• We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
